Love Letter

I know I don't have much to offer you.

I am not rich.
I am not powerful.
I am not perfect in anyway.

But…

You make me feel like the most valuable person in the world. When we're together I know I don't need money all the time and you don't need to spend a whole lot to make me feel special. You do it all on your own, in words and actions.

I feel like I can do anything with you by my side. Even if the whole world would turn against me, you would stand by me. I know this because you told me yourself.

You tell me I'm perfect, so I believe you. I still deny it, but you keep saying it. I know you want it to stick. I'm glad you believe in me.

I know I can be difficult. I get moody. I can be such a pain in the ass. You always tell me I never am, but I know once in a while I'm sure I'm a lot to handle. You always re-assure me though, tell me I'm easy to love, amazing, beautiful, everything positive anyone can think of.

You're the best thing that's ever happened to me. I'm so happy we have the kind of love that only comes along once in a lifetime. We've only known each other for a year, dated less than that. But you loved me before you even knew me, and that's what makes me happiest.

You said 'I Love You' first.
You loved me first.
You love me for me.

Those are the things that matter most.

You make it so easy to smile. You make me feel like I can fly above anything. Every time I'm with you feels like the first time all over again. I know we don't see each other day and sometimes we don't even get to talk everyday, but through it all our relationship has stayed strong and I love you with all my heart. I promise to never let you go and I'll love you with everything I am for all of our lives.
